I am an experienced therapist and clinical supervisor and welcome working with all adults aged 18 upwards.
I am actively committed to providing therapy that supports and celebrates diversity and inclusivity. My consulting room is fully accessible and I also offer sessions on the telephone or using Face Time or What’s App.

People often seek support when they are in crisis. At times we can feel ‘stuck’ and can’t seem to see our way through our dilemmas and the challenges life can throw at us. Others might come to talking therapy when they are not so much in crisis but are perhaps beginning to notice negative patterns in their relationships, behaviour, feelings or their thinking, that they now feel ready to explore. Whether it’s a crisis or curiosity that’s the driving force, it’s at times like this when talking to an experienced professional can be very helpful.
I am particularly interested in how our pressurised, technologically driven age contributes to increased feelings of stress and alienation, which can become serious mental and physical illnesses if left untreated.
I have more than fifteen years of experience and am trained to work with a range of issues including:
